Rosfloc SDM is an effective lubricant for all types of water-based drill fluids. Rosfloc SDM is used for reduction of stickings, reducing of rod friction and increase of wear resistance of drilling tool working face.
Application
Rosfloc SDM is used to reduce the drill string torque, resistance of tangential stress and sticking caused by drop of pressure. Rosfloc SDM contributes to a better drill fluid rheology keeping the same density index, it also keeps thermal resistance and reduces its filtration. Dosing rate of Rosfloc SDM ranges from 5 to 15 kg/m3 depending on drill fluid properties. Rosfloc SDM does not create foaming, does not change its own properties in salty water or under high рН of drill fluid.

Low-viscosity fluid, from dark-brown to black colour.

Packaging
Rosfloc SDM is supplied in plastic cans or metal drums as agreed with the customer.
Safety requirements
According to acute toxicological characteristics, Rosfloc SDM refers to the 4th class of hazard – low-hazard chemical substances as per GOST standard 12.1.007-76. It poses no hazard of acute inhalation intoxication. In case of contact it irritates conjunctiva and skin cover. Rosfloc SDM is fire-flame-proof.
Transportation
Rosfloc SDM is transported by all the type transport according to the rules of cargo transportation.
