Rosfloc KF is a high-performance cationic emulsion flocculant applied for cleaning of drilling mud of any system, for cleaning of circulating water from mineral-organic components and for dewatering of sludge of utility fluids at all types of equipment (centrifuges, filter-presses, floatation units).
Application
The product is dissolved in pure water at room temperature first. Dissolving is performed while the mixing machine is working with the rate of rotation of 100-400 rpm. The time of emulsion dissolving is no more than 20 minutes. Use rate of solution is 0.5-3%. Consumption of market product Rosfloc KF depends on composition of drill fluid and circulating water.
Physical properties
Low-viscosity emulsion, from white to beige colour, remains fluid at low temperatures.

High molecular weight polyacrylamide with 50-95% cationicity.
Packaging
Rosfloc KF is supplied in plastic cans or metal drums as agreed with the customer.
Safety requirements
According to acute toxicological characteristics, Rosfloc KF refers to the 4th class of hazard – low-hazard chemical substances as per GOST standard 12.1.007-76. It poses no hazard of acute inhalation intoxication. In case of contact it irritates conjunctiva and skin cover. Rosfloc KF is fire-flame-proof.
Transportation
Rosfloc KF is transported by all the type transport according to the rules of cargo transportation.
